Creator Tools: Owner Test Account

Generate a private setup link for a tester to create their own separate MoblOps owner workspace. Only the MoblOps creator account can see or use this tool.

This is not a team invite. The tester becomes the Owner of their own test business. The setup link expires in 30 days; test access is marked for 90 days.

Choose the role based on what this person needs to do in MoblOps.

Owner

Full access to the business, including operations, Financials, Team, Time, Settings, and the MoblOps plan/subscription. The Owner role is created with the business and is not assignable by invitation.

Admin

Full day-to-day management access to customers, jobs, calendar, documents, billing records, Financials, Team, Time, reports, and business settings. Admins cannot control the MoblOps subscription or assign ownership-level roles.

Crew Member

Sees assigned jobs and visits, assigned-work details, their schedule, and clock in/out. You choose any additional job billing, progress, or form permissions they need.

Admin access: You can manage Crew Members. Only the Owner can add Admins.

Customer appointment reminders

Send an email reminder 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. Add the business email your customers should contact before reminders can send.

Customers will see this address, and their replies will go to it. Leave it blank to stop customer reminders.

Appointment times in reminder emails use this time zone, including daylight saving time where observed.
